Plumb Limited (formerly Bob Laybourn Consulting Engineers), is a structural engineering practice that has been in operation since 1991, and located in Wellington New Zealand. At Plumb we offer a wide range of services, drawn from our wide range of experience. We specialise in small to medium size projects between one and four storeys high.
At Plumb, we deliver high quality design solutions unique to your individual engineering and construction projects. We ensure that the design and advice we put forward are cost effective and reasonably easy to build.
